Seal-safari
A sealsafari takes about 2½ hours to go to the banks at Langli Sands.
The seals are dotted and greay-seals. The dotted seal breeds in winter, the grey seal in summer. Both species are on the banks all year long. They use the banks to rest between hunting, which is normally fish, and to get warm. The seals breed on the banks ad the offspring until they are old enough to swim.
The ship sails as close as possible; without disturbing the seals.
From July to October seal safaris are arranged most days from Nordby at 10.00, 13.00 and/or 16.00.

Short trip: Approx. 5 hours. Fishing trips that takes about 5 hours. You can catch Mackerels, spearfish, and heering. Depending on the tide there will be about 2 to 3 hours of fishing. On good days that means about 50 or more.
Long fishingtrips: About 7 hours searching for larger fish like cod and once in a while sharks. Normally the fishing is done near wrecks where the fish often is in lager quantities in a depth of about 20 to 40 meters, depending on the tide it is possible to fish for 3 to 4 hours.
